Our products
We offer three main black elderberry products in industrial volumes:

Dried Flowers
Black elderberry flowers are harvested during their blooming period in early summer. The harvesting process is done entirely by hand—approximately 50% of the flowers are picked, while the remaining ones are left to develop into berries for the autumn harvest.
After collection, the flowers are dried and packed in vacuum-sealed bags to ensure long-term preservation and easy transportation for clients.

Elderberry Juice Concentrate
In autumn, the black elderberry berry harvest takes place, following the same 100% hand-picked process as the flowers. The berries are crushed and immediately pressed for juice.
The juice is then pasteurized and stabilized with a small amount of sugar to prevent spoilage. Afterward, it is packaged and prepared for delivery to clients.

Elderberry Pomace – Byproduct of Juice Extraction
After juice extraction, the remaining elderberry pomace is dried and sold as a secondary-grade product for the beverage manufacturing industry and other suppliers who do not require premium-quality juice.
Black elderberry cultivation and seasonality
At the end of the season, maintenance work is carried out in the elderberry plantation—bushes are pruned and cared for. Older bushes are replaced with new ones, preparing the plantation for the next growing season.
Black elderberry is widespread in temperate climate zones worldwide, except for the hottest regions of Southern Europe. Its northernmost range extends to southern Scandinavia. Originally from Europe, it has also been introduced to Australia and North America, where it is known as Canadian or American elderberry.
